David Garcia

Hi hi, name’s David, I’m a game dev from NJ who studies IT with a focus in game dev at New Jersey Institute of Technology. 

Love fighting games, card games and various other genres. I may not have developed much yet but eventually I’ll have more cool stuff to show off ;)

I also play a lot of games so ask what I’m currently playing and what are my thoughts about it. I could talk quite a bit when it comes to a game's design.

My skillset mainly comes from Unity but I have experience working with C++ while modding Quake 4, C or more specifically QuakeC while modding Quake 2, and various scripting languages. I’ve also worked a bit in Game Maker Studio 2 and I’m currently planning on learning UE5 to diversify my skillset. 

I do a bit of VR development having worked on school and research projects creating fun experiences and more serious applications. I am currently employed at NJIT's MiXR Lab working on a Forensics Science VR application.
